The loan proceeds will be used for the group’s general financing of residential and commercial development projects. Darnu Group is currently building the Sakai project, comprising more than 600 apartments, in Vilnius, opposite Vingis Park; designing the first phases of the Launagiai multifunctional neighbourhood on a 71-hectare site in the southern part of the capital; and preparing for the conversion of the Business Triangle complex in the city centre. The company’s plans for this year include a new build-to-rent project in Vilnius and another new residential neighbourhood in the southern part of the city.
