As at 30 June 2026, the Civinity Group’s pro forma revenue base for the last 12 months stood at EUR 121.3 million. This represents an increase of 31.4 per cent compared with a year ago, when the 12-month pro forma revenue base, calculated using the same methodology, stood at EUR 92.3 million. The main driver of this change was the completion of the acquisition of the Croatian lift group Metus.

The corresponding 12-month pro forma EBITDA stood at EUR 9.7 million – 27.7 per cent more than a year ago.
These pro forma figures cover 12 months and reflect the scale of the group’s operations, incorporating the full results of the acquired Metus business. The actual results for January–June, published separately, cover the first half of 2026.
In January–June, Civinity generated actual revenue of EUR 52.9 million – 14.9 per cent more than in the same period last year.
EBITDA for the first half of the year increased by 22.6 per cent to EUR 5.1 million. The group generated a net profit of EUR 2.1 million, up 24.9 per cent from a year ago. The net profit achieved over the six months amounted to EUR 2.12 million.
„A single move – the Metus acquisition – has transformed the group’s entire geographical scope, adding a new region. We are beginning the integration process following a strong half-year – EBITDA and net profit grew faster than revenue. Now we need to align processes across several countries and maintain consistent customer service,“ says Deividas Jacka, Chairman of the Board of the Civinity Group.
Civinity’s EBITDA margin rose from 9.1 per cent to 9.7 per cent in the first half of the year. The net profit margin increased from 3.64 per cent to 3.96 per cent. The group earned more from every euro of revenue than it did a year ago.
Metus has expanded the group’s geographical reach
The Metus Group maintains over 3,000 lifts from various manufacturers in Croatia and Slovenia. The group employs around 280 people. Its activities include lift manufacturing, installation of new lifts and maintenance and modernisation of lifts. Lifts are manufactured in Bosnia and Herzegovina, while installation projects are carried out in Germany and other European markets.
In 2025, Metus generated revenue of EUR 18.9 million and EBITDA of EUR 1.1 million. Before the acquisition, the business’s annual revenue was equivalent to almost one fifth of the Civinity Group’s revenue. The transaction expanded the group’s commercial operations and provided a permanent operational base in Croatia and Slovenia.
In 2025, Civinity surpassed the EUR 100 million revenue mark for the first time – the group’s revenue reached EUR 100.4 million, with EBITDA at EUR 8.3 million.
„When we passed the EUR 100 million mark, we spoke of the next stage of growth. This is now clearly reflected in the figures. In the second half of the year, we will focus primarily on the integration of Metus and on improving the profitability of our expanded business,“ explains Jacka.
