The SBA Group is reshaping its leadership team. From 1 September, several executives will take on new roles across the Group, while colleagues promoted from within will assume leadership positions at other Group companies. These changes are intended to consolidate managerial expertise and leadership further, and enhance the operational efficiency of the companies.

„Internal leadership and the team’s determination, both in challenging and less challenging times, have always been SBA’s strength. That is precisely why we are now placing greater emphasis on ensuring that companies in the furniture sector focus on efficiency – not by reducing their teams, but by strengthening them. The same applies to the property sector – SBA Urban is implementing large-scale and ambitious projects. This is precisely the stage when a company needs a strong, united and results-oriented team, led by an inspiring and unifying leader,“ says Jolanta Grašienė, Vice-President of the SBA Group.
Changes at SBA Home – internal career moves
Justas Baltrušis-Baltrušaitis, who until now has headed three companies in SBA’s furniture sector – Šilutės Baldai, Visagino Linija and Klaipėdos Baldai – will continue to focus his efforts on Klaipėdos Baldai. Following significant investment in expanding production capacity and the launch of a new product line, the company now needs leadership, a focus on efficiency and a long-term strategy more than ever.
Meanwhile, the former Chief Operating Officers of the other three manufacturing companies are moving up the career ladder and becoming CEOs. Robertas Briliovas becomes the new CEO of Šilutės Baldai, Tomas Strioga takes the helm as CEO of Visagino Linija, and Vytautas Akelaitis assumes the role of CEO at Inno Line.
„We have strong leaders who know their companies, teams, and operations inside out. The natural next step is to give them greater decision-making authority and empower them to take full ownership of their results. For us, it is important not only to attract talents from outside the organisation but also to develop leaders from within SBA,“ says Jurgita Radzevičė, CEO of SBA Home – a company uniting five furniture factories in Lithuania and the US.
Martynas Reichertas takes the helm at SBA Urban
Martynas Reichertas, who joined Inno Line’s management team some time ago, will take over as CEO of SBA’s real estate development company, SBA Urban, on 1 September.
Martynas Reichertas joined the SBA team this summer, bringing management experience from the aviation sector, and has had the opportunity within the SBA Group to become thoroughly familiar with both the manufacturing business and the group’s wider activities.
SBA Urban is currently implementing one of the SBA Group’s largest investment projects. As the scope of projects and the scale of the business grow, the company’s management team is playing an increasingly important role in ensuring collaboration between different projects, teams and partners. Together with its partner TABA Invest, SBA Urban is developing a site of over 6 hectares in Kaunas – the Nemunaičiai waterfront district – and Urban HUB neighbourhoods in Vilnius and Kaunas as well as managing business and commercial property projects.
