The team knew that displaying transactions such as accounts, loans and term deposits on a single screen provided an efficient working environment. As a result, this service was offered from the very first day of EMBank's establishment with EMBank Internet. At the same time, flexibility for immediate cash transactions or quick approvals via a mobile application is undoubtedly important. That is why we created EMBank Mobile. Last year, we launched the first version of the application simultaneously on the Play Store and the App Store. While EMBank Mobile offers all the functionality of internet banking, we aim to improve both functionality and user experience in future versions.“ said Derya Karaca Bölek.
Security first
EMBank Mobile not only offers all the usual functions of an electronic banking platform, initiates SEPA, Target2 payments and provides an overview of fixed deposit and loan accounts, but also takes a step forward in terms of security.
In order to further enhance customer security, EMBank has developed the app in cooperation with the international cybersecurity technology company OneSpan. Through the use of an extensive set of mobile security and strong customer authentication features, provided by the OneSpan Cloud Authentication solution, businesses can use EMBank Mobile with confidence that their information and transactions are fully protected.
EMBank is licensed by the European Central Bank (ECB) and is a member of SEPA, SWIFT and TARGET2. The bank provides working capital and investment loans, especially for SMEs. The Bank also offers Banking as a Service (BaaS) solutions.
