SBA Furniture Group, which owns five SBA furniture manufacturing companies and a logistics centre in Lithuania, offers investors a 2-year term, EUR 8 million bond issue with a fixed annual interest rate of 8 %. The company implements structural debt portfolio formation changes, where raised funds will be used to prematurely repay part of previously taken loans and prepare for a new business expansion stage.
