It will be located in new 450 sqm premises on Sedulų Street, near Ukmergės Road.

According to Justinas Bortkevičius, Head of VMG Lignum Systems, the need to relocate and expand the office was driven by the company’s growing operations and a desire to organize work processes more efficiently.

We began actively exploring alternatives in November, evaluating different locations and office space options. We made our final decision in January after considering both practical needs and the company’s long-term growth strategy,“ he says.
Bortkevičius notes that the company had three key criteria when selecting a new location: „First of all, we were looking for stock-office-type premises that would allow us to combine office and showroom functions in a single location. Secondly, high ceilings were very important to us – they allow us to present our solutions realistically, including two-storey construction systems. Finally, the location and the fact that the premises are brand new also played a significant role. We wanted to choose a space that would not require significant investment in renovation or remodelling, so that we could start operating sooner.“
He explains that the decision to combine office and showroom functions in a single location stemmed from a desire to present the company’s products and technological solutions more effectively.
„With a showroom right next to our workspaces, we can demonstrate products in real time and immediately discuss solutions with clients and partners, making collaboration more convenient for both sides and ensuring that processes run faster and more smoothly,“ says the Head of VMG Lignum Systems.
The final stages of fitting out the premises are currently underway, with operations scheduled to begin as early as next week.
