Real estate developer Darnu Group and Porsche Lietuva have signed a contract to design and build a new Porsche centre on Ukmergės Street in the capital. The centre, now in the design phase, will be built under a built-to-suit model. Construction of the nearly 5,700 sqm building is scheduled to begin in the last quarter of this year, and it will be the largest of its kind in the Baltic States. The project is valued at more than EUR 14 million.

„The project is being developed at our Vilnius Business Parks, next to the Apranga office and logistics centre. The Porsche brand will undoubtedly bring additional dynamism and synergy to the developing business complex, complementing both the businesses already established there and those just starting out, while further enhancing the vitality of this rapidly expanding part of the city,“ says Sigita Survilaitė, CEO of Darnu Group.
More than a dealership
The building will be constructed according to the new Destination Porsche architectural concept, which redefines the traditional approach to car dealerships. It will go beyond car display and servicing, becoming a comprehensive experiential space.
According to Rasa Klimavičiūtė, Director of Porsche Lietuva (UAB Prime Auto, part of Modus Group), the space will bring together Porsche owners, enthusiasts, and dreamers, and the centre will become a natural gathering place for the community. The interior, service, and every aspect of the experience are designed to reflect Porsche’s values of precision, aesthetics, and emotion.
It is the first Porsche centre of its kind in Lithuania and the largest in the Baltic States. The number of Porsche vehicles in Lithuania is steadily growing, driving increased demand for top-tier service.
„To further enhance customer service efficiency, we plan to double our service capacity. This will reduce waiting times and ensure a smooth maintenance process. We are also designing a more spacious car park, which will provide greater comfort for both customers and employees,“ says Klimavičiūtė.
Moreover, construction of another dealership for this brand will begin in Kaunas this year. This marks another step in the brand’s expansion in Lithuania.

Exceptional attention to the community
The new centre will bring together the full range of Porsche experiences in one place. Here, customers will find a car showroom, sales area, an expanded service centre, and a 600 sqm space dedicated to Porsche Approved pre-owned cars.
According to Klimavičiūtė, strong focus is placed on community and experience, with the centre featuring a Porsche Experience area, including race cars and a simulator.
Porsche Experience is a comprehensive ecosystem created by Porsche, enabling customers to discover the brand not only in theory, but also through emotion and the development of driving skills. It includes driving events, track experiences, private training sessions, and road trips where participants can test different models under various conditions.
A comprehensive approach to sustainability
The project places a strong emphasis not only on sustainable mobility but also on the sustainability of the building itself. The centre, built to the highest construction standards, will feature a rooftop solar power plant to partially cover electricity needs, while the building will be heated using geothermal energy.
EV charging stations will be installed for customers and guests, with capacity to charge up to 10 electric vehicles simultaneously.
Measures to enhance biodiversity are also planned, including the installation of beehives and the creation of natural flower gardens, which will help support the city’s ecosystem.
Construction of the new Porsche dealership is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2027.
Among the real estate projects currently underway or already completed by Darnu Group are the largest Rimi Lietuva logistics centre in the Baltic States, a bakery built under contract for Vilniaus Duona and the Finnish company Vaasan, the Apranga administrative building with a logistics centre, the Ąžuolyno Clinic, police stations with detention facilities in Vilnius City and Panevėžys County built under a public-private partnership, and two military bases in the Vilnius and Šilalė districts.
