A new office for the Lietuvos Draudimas Kaunas team

The Lietuvos Draudimas team will occupy the entire sixth floor of Hermanas. The office is planned to be divided into smaller workspaces, tailored to different teams and their work. Meeting spaces and a lunch area will also be fitted out. On the third floor, covering 200 sqm, a 90-seat multifunctional conference hall is planned to host larger company meetings, training sessions and creative workshops for staff from across Lithuania.
The fit-out work for the Lietuvos Draudimas office has been entrusted to Urban PRO, SBA Urban's property management company, and following the agreement with Lietuvos Draudimas, occupancy at Hermanas stands at 34 per cent. In total, Tesonet’s subsidiaries CyberCare and Nord Security, as well as Lietuvos Draudimas, have already moved in or are planning to move in soon. On the ground floor are the Moka café, the iLunch lunch restaurant and exhibition spaces for Skandinaviški Interjerai.
